Overview :

INTECON, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to provide documentation, coordination, and administrative support for the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Mission Planning Systems (MPS) Capability Drop-4 (CD-4). This role ensures all program documentation, reporting, and technical support deliverables are accurate, complete, and compliant with government requirements, directly supporting Air Mobility Command's mission planning modernization efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, briefing materials, and staff documentation in support of program reviews and working groups.
• Manage contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission.
• Support the development and formatting of technical and program documentation, ensuring compliance with government standards.
• Assist in coordinating program activities, tracking action items, and supporting task completion.
• Maintain and organize contract documentation and files in government collaboration systems such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Provide administrative and technical writing support to analysts, trainers, and program leads.
• Ensure documentation and records are version-controlled and accessible for government review.
• Assist in preparing materials for status updates, leadership briefings, and technical reviews.

Qualifications_

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in program documentation and support may substitute.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or program coordination roles supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Demonstrated experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, and briefing materials for senior audiences.
• Experience with collaboration platforms and version-controlled documentation management.

Must Have Experience With:

• Preparing and editing technical or program documentation.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for professional-quality reports and presentations.
• Document management in SharePoint and Teams.
• Supporting meetings, tracking action items, and coordinating deliverables.

Certifications and Training:

• Annual DoD Cyber Awareness training.
• Certifications in technical writing, documentation, or SharePoint administration are desirable but not required.

Proficiency In:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and PDF preparation.
• Collaboration and task management tools (SharePoint, Teams, project trackers).
