Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with third-party service providers, airlines, GSAs, and GHAs.

• Plan, dispatch, and optimize air cargo consolidations with a focus on financial performance and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize MS Office (particularly Excel) and quickly learn company-specific software systems.

• Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal relationships across teams and partners.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous work experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in air logistics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Perseverance, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
