    Air Pro Heating & Cooling is currently inviting an experienced HVAC technician or sales professional to our organization in Bismarck, ND. The best candidate is someone who is passionate about providing customers with the ideal home comfort solutions. Your duties will span from driving sales to customer consultation, product showing, installation, and in-home sales. You need to be a highly motivated individual that thrives off commission and has sound communication and sales skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute work plans to strategically target potential clients and increase market share. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Utilize sales techniques such as consultative selling to promote HVAC solutions. • Research and develop sales leads, and maintain an up-to-date customer database. • Generate and present detailed sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer service in the HVAC/construction industry. Alternative industries can be cell phone, appliance, and even car sales. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Working knowledge of HVAC/construction industry terminology, processes, and products. • US Work Authorization, Marketing Skills (Determined by an Assessment), Sales Negotiation Skills (Determined by an Assessment). Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 a year
