🔧 Position Overview The Air Quality Services Technician is responsible for performing residential and light-commercial:
Residential Air duct and HVAC system cleaning
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Dryer vent cleaning
Mini-split cleaning
You’ll work directly with customers, use industry-leading equipment, and help ensure safe, healthy indoor environments.
💼 Responsibilities
Perform service calls on time and with a high standard of professionalism
Inspect systems and identify cleaning needs or safety issues
Operate specialized cleaning tools and equipment
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
Uphold company safety and quality standards
✅ Qualifications
Experience in duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, or HVAC cleaning preferred (we will train the right person)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
