We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Home Comfort Advisor to join us. All Genders are encouraged to apply, many of our top performers are females!!

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for selling air conditioners and indoor air quality improvement products to homeowners. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with customers and helping them find the best solutions for their home cooling needs.

Responsibilities:

Meet with potential customers in their homes to provide consultations on air conditioning and indoor air quality products

Conduct thorough assessments of customers' cooling and indoor air quality needs

Follow our proven sales process and sales scripts.

Provide recommendations and quotations for air conditioning and indoor air quality products

Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Business to Consumer sales

NO HVAC experience needed (preferred if you do not have HVAC experience, we train)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
