AIRHEADS HVAC in KEMPNER, TX is looking to hire a FULL-TIME HVAC SALES CONSULTANT / IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR to schedule meetings with clients in the KEMPNER, COPPERAS COVE, AND KILLEEN AREAS to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions that will make their personal space more comfortable. This position earns a BASE SALARY, WITH COMMISSION, BONUSES, SPIFFS, and has the opportunity to MAKE $100,000/YEAR!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES CONSULTANT / IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR

You enjoy meeting new people, arriving for your appointments on-time, and put together as an HVAC Sales Consultant / In-home Comfort Advisor. Meeting with our customers in-home, your main goal is to make personal connections and build a strong rapport. You listen with the intent to properly and accurately educate them about the various options and designs for new or replacement equipment. They can count on you to help them determine the best solutions to meet their needs. In addition to professionally handling clients, you also cultivate maintenance leads to support of your department. Your strong desire to improve every client's home comfort helps you be successful in this position!

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of consultative sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• The ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must have solid sales pipeline management skills
• Out-of-this-world interpersonal, communication, and computer skills

ANY IN-HOME SELLING, OUTSIDE SALES, HVAC, OR INDUSTRY-RELATED EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED! Are you an energetic go-getter who can promote high company morale?
