POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of performance indicators / KPIs linked to the A320 FAL. You will be charged to define, implement and develop a robust performance review system in order to deliver on time, on cost and on quality. You will serve as the lead for the A320 FAL for strategy and integration of KPIs. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and communicating a clear understanding by all stakeholders for the priorities, status and plan for A320 FAL standard performance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuous analysis of the actual performance
- KPI tree definitions based on the actual situation to meet Single Aisle VSM KPIs
- Create the standard if needed and single source of truth for all defined KPIs
- Deliver visual performance management and run the performance review meetings
- Restore performance to the standard through the PDCA process
- Supporting the H/O Takted FAL in his accountability to lead his projects with related KPIs and project management rules.
- Monitor the performance of the team to ensure that risks are identified, captured and mitigation actions in place through the PDCA process.
- Day-to-day management of the project activities to ensure the entire project is progressing in line with the baseline plan
- Participate and lead the routines to get the performance at the expected level
- In collaboration with the Aircraft Managers, apply an organized process to follow-up on the Aircraft in a manner that ensures effectiveness and anticipates potential obstacles and problems and resolve them to ensure continuation and completion.
- Participate in national/international projects to harmonize KPI through 4 A320 FALs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / TRAINING:
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of aircraft or manufacturing experience related to data analysis
- Would prefer a candidate with 5 years of experience in the above.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES:
- Project Management using relevant tools and techniques.
- Skywise knowledge and experience in analyzing data
- MS Office and SAP as well as experience in analyzing data and demonstrable coordination skills.
- You demonstrate a willingness to learn, proactive and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge in LEAN practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with flexibility and the ability to work under high pressure
- You are supportive and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- A 2nd language would be a plus

- EQUIPMENT OPERATION (PERSONAL COMPUTER, TELEPHONE, COPIES, FAX MACHINE, AND RELATED OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND USING ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION CARD TO ENTER BUILDING FLOORS AND INTERNAL DOORS): ABLE TO USE WORK TOOLS DEFINED IN JOB DESCRIPTION WITH SKILL AND ACCEPTABLE RESULTS: able to operate standard office equipment and utilize electronic ID to enter building
- CARRYING: able to carry up to 40 lbs./18kg. when transporting documents, printer paper and similar items.
- LIFTING: able to lift up to 40lbs/18kg. on occasion.
- PUSHING / PULLING: able to push/pull equipment, tools, production carts and office chairs and pieces of equipment
- SITTING: able to sit for extended periods of time in front of a machine, on a tool bench or computer terminal while writing bulletins or participating in meetings
- SQUATTING / KNEELING: able to regularly squat/kneel to access items or tools stored on low shelving
- STANDING: able to stand for long periods of time in meetings and discussions
- TRAVEL: able to travel through the office/work complex and occasionally within the US for business meetings.
- WALKING (INCLUDE ROUTINE WALKING SUCH AS TO A SHARED PRINTER TO RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS): able to walk through office and production areas sometimes on uneven surfaces to obtain items for work, retrieve/replace tools and to reach meetings, visitors and direct others to meetings.
