Job Description

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co, an aviation parts and supply distributor in Corona, CA is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales representative to assist customers with post-sales inbound email and phone inquiries (3-4 hours/day phone time/60 plus calls/day). Our team manages both international and domestic business. Background in avionics, automobile, hardware is a plus but not necessary!

We provide on-the-job training as well as a Premier Benefits Package. This is a full time position, M-F, start times from 7am thru 8:30am ~ 40-hour workweek, locale candidates only. (Occasional Saturday schedule)

SKILLS NEEDED

• Outstanding customer service skills including listening, suggestive selling and verification of orders.
• Must be able to manage and prioritize high volume of emails and phone calls
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills additional languages a plus
• Previous experience working with customers in a high volume sales or telesales environment.
• Good Computer Skills; ERP/CRM and MS Office products or equivalent/MS Windows/MacOS; Ability to type 40 Words Per Minute (WPM);
• Outstanding research skills including catalogs and Internet search engines
• Lifelong Learner; Continuously seeks out learning opportunities.
• Knowledge of international shipping admin a plus!
• Associates Degree or equivalent.
