We additionally we provide janitorial and cleaning products for customers.

    Aire-Master is seeking an outside sales representative with experience in business-to-business selling. Aire-Master provides business-to-business services on a repeat service cycle including services and products that maintain and enhance the customer's image of quality for their customers and employees. Services include ambient scent marketing, odor control, janitorial/sanitizer products, and a full range of facility products.

    This position is responsible for sales division growth through selling these route services to both new and existing customers. Territory will cover radius of 65 miles from warehouse/office base of either Columba Missouri or Sullivan Missouri.

    Responsibilities**

    • Act in accordance with company values and procedures.

    • Actively engages in new service and product sales to existing customers and new prospects.

    • Making

    • Responsible for achieving own sale growth target and goal.

    • Preforming set amount of cold /warm contacts and set appointments daily, follow-up required.

    • Completing follow up with potential prospects via email, telephone, or in person contact.

    • Prepares sales reports showing sales volume to goal, potential sales, and areas of
      proposed client base expansion.

    • Meets with customers periodically to maintain and build relationships, check service.
      quality, and resolve any outstanding issues.

    • Actively engages in learning new services and products.

    • Assist with development of Route Sales Representative by engaging in them on service and
      product sales to existing customers and new prospects.

    • Assists other departments within the organization as needed, with route service, delivery of product.

    • May assists in organizing and structuring routes to be the most efficient for the company &
      route personnel.

    • Assists with set up and participation in trade shows, division specific growth target, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to sell business to business service.
    • Must have and maintain a good driving record. Travel within 65-mile radius in company paid vehicle.
    • Willingness to lean of new product and services.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Must possess good communication, listening, and organizational skills, including computer skills.
    • Maintain a positive mental attitude and communication, willingness to put forth extra effort, honesty, innovative thinking, and reliability.
    • TEAM PLAYER- as you may assists other departments or routes within the organization as needed.
