Ideal candidates:

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair all types of residential & light commercial HVAC equipment in a professional & efficient manner.

Have graduated from an accredited HVAC training program and has 1 year experience in the HVAC industry.

Must have a desire to continually increase their job knowledge and skills.

Have a strong customer service skills.

Must be dedicated to safety, and a knowledge of using all hand and power tools.

Must have a valid Missouri driver's license & have an insurable driving record.

Should be able to lift 50 pounds, no fear of heights.

Should have basic knowledge of computer & tablet use.

Must be drug free & have no criminal history.
