HVAC TERRITORY MANAGER
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HVAC SERVICE
Role Description Overview:
We're looking for an opportunity minded individual in the HVAC field looking to grow with an established and proven company. This Territory Manager position will manage & continue to develop an established market in the Columbia, MO area. Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning is a well-established franchisee that provides the resources needed to help you develop this new market area by providing marketing, training, and technical support to help you achieve market share. Role Responsibilities: The following are some of the Roles we need this person to perform to be successful in their role of Territory Manager
Ability and willingness to generate sales and service leads for the company
Implement and follow our proprietary sales/service procedures to generate revenue
Complete follow through on all sales and service leads to generate business
Manage & oversee the customer experience process to ensure the customer receives a “WOW” experience
Build relationships in the marketplace to drive revenue and repeat business
Develop and maintain strong communication with internal/external customers, within the community, and Aire Serv team
Develop, plan, organize, and grow a profitable base of customers in the market
Ability to perform service calls to diagnose customer issues on residential and commercial equipment
Ensure all customer needs are taken care of in a manner that ensures short term and long term profitability
Prepare and present quotes for add-on/replacement of equipment, or system enhancements, or preventative maintenance.
Assist with recruiting, attracting, and hiring new staff to the Aire Serv team
Work with Finance Department on creating a yearly budget for the territory
Other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of technology; Microsoft, Internet applications, tablets, etc.
High level of organization, integrity, and confidentiality
