Responsibilities:

Shipping and receiving, including unloading and processing of items

Move, store, and transfer materials, supplies, and merchandise in and around the warehouse

Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations

Suggests selections that meet the technician's and customer's needs

Resolves or alerts management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns

Load and unload incoming freight trucks using a forklift

Use Excel to keep track of parts and jobs.

send out a daily email on tracking of parts.

Qualifications:

Parts Counter/Inside Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

HVAC, Boiler, Mechanical Industry Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Experience driving a forklift

Ability to lift and move over 50lbs

Practical knowledge of warehouse, data processing, paper flow, and operations procedures

Must be attentive to detail and inspection of products

Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products

Advanced user of the Internet

The ability to search for and identify parts for the Boiler and HVAC industries

Ability to work independently and with little direction after proper training
