HR Training Specialist
We are seeking a professional, highly motivated, resourceful HR Training Specialist with a strong work ethic. This person will be an integral part of the team, that fits with our culture, and reports to the management team. You should have a strong desire to learn, be diligent, and dependable with a positive attitude.The HR Training Specialist is responsible for monitoring job postings, preliminary interviews with candidates, on-boarding and answering day-to-day questions with our technicians. You will manage new hires, perform continual educational trainings, as well as support the team. You will work closely with other members of management to track employee progress and prioritize and implement new ways to improve the training process.
We are looking for someone who likes to interact with people, is a go-getter, and has an interest in training and educating new and existing employees. Hiring experience is a plus but not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the products, internal processes, product demonstration tools, etc.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Provide employee support
Create new processes and training guides for future employees
Proactively communicate with the management team
Coordinate on-going training of employees
Maintain record of continual employee training and issues
Job Qualifications
Hiring experience, a plus but not a prerequisite
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet timeliness standards
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
