Job Responsibilities:

· Provide great customer experience - Build relationships with each and every homeowner.· Promote company image - Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

· Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company vehicle.

· Be prompt and work efficiently to repair customers’ equipment. Enter all job details into Service Titan software and collect payment.

· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year as HVAC Residential tech

· Universal EPA Certification

· Likable and good with people

· Professional appearance

· Pass a background check

· Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided for work) and clean driver’s record
