Aire Serv East is growing again, and we're looking for GREAT team members to help serve our growing customer base. We currently have openings for experienced installation technicians. We are a 42 year old company, associated with the Aire Serv national franchise and have offices in both South Carolina and Kentucky.

You can choose to be a great install technician earning $18-$25 per hour plus incentives with solid employment and benefits OR it you would like to eventually move into a Service Technician position we can help you get there.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience, You can expect to earn good wages, have health insurance, enjoy a vacation and holidays as well as participate in our retirement plan.

$2500 hiring bonus requires continued employment for a minimum of twelve months, paid quarterly.

Specific Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, heating and air conditioning systems

Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment

Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge

CFC Certification

Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

Able to lift up to 50-100lbs

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and personality
