    About Airista Flow:
    Airista Flow is a leader in providing advanced wireless solutions and technologies globally. We are in search of a dynamic and skilled RTLS Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This role is essential for supporting the development and deployment of Airista Flow RTLS solutions, focusing on the healthcare and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.

    Your Role:
    Reporting directly to the VP of Professional Services, you will support the development of Airista’s RTLS solutions. Your role will involve a variety of technical presales and post-sales activities, ensuring the delivery of tailored RTLS solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with Airista’s standards of quality and innovation.

    • Self-Starter: You take initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
    • Tech Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for technology, particularly in the realms of wireless networking and solutions.
    • Technical Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of 802.11 WLAN technologies, IP networking, software systems, servers (including VMWare), and are keen to expand this knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage our Center of Excellence (COE) RTLS Lab located in our headquarters which includes two hospital bays, a reception area and additional areas.
    • As needed support quoting, design, development, deployment, and support of RTLS solutions, ensuring high-value, successful outcome and satisfied customers.
    • Work closely with Project Managers to manage requests and activities, ensuring timely delivery of services.
    • Engage in both proactive and reactive post-sales activities to support technology requests and gather detailed use case knowledge for marketing purposes.
    • Generate detailed solution design documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and project summaries.
    • Troubleshooting system hardware and software both remotely and as needed onsite.
    • Contribute to our continuous improvement efforts by adding assets to our corporate body of knowledge.
    • Travel to customer sites as necessary to support sales, implementation teams, or customers directly. Expected travel to up to 20%.
    • Fulfill additional tasks and duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional business education is a plus.
    • Additional Technical Certifications: CWNA and CWSP highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional business education is a plus.
    • Experience: 5+ years in the technology field, preferably with experience in 802.11 networks, software applications, and mobility solutions. Knowledge of networking and routing, protocol analysis, and mobile-device support is required. RTLS experienced candidates receive special consideration.
    • Sales : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
