    The Loan Originator efficiently manages the processing of loan and insurance applications by collecting and submitting documentation, conducting background checks, tracking progress in Pipedrive, and maintaining positive, proactive communication with all involved parties.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Hold a bachelor's degree in finance.

    · Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in banking/finance and/or mortgage lending.

    · Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

    · Be familiar with QuickBase (Web based database)

    · Understand the importance of a CRM. Be able to use a CRM and have experience using a CRM.

    Hours Full-Time 8:30 to 5:30 M-F

    Overtime will be required, particularly at month/quarter/year end

    JOB DUTIES

    · Run credit reports.

    · Select banks for clients.

    · Build and maintain healthy relationships with insurance and banking partners.

    · Submit applications and all necessary documents for both insurance and finance customers.

    · Use Pipedrive to keep accurate notes and track all finance/insurance deals.

    · Prepare reports on all open deals for sales meetings.

    · Update the AirMart President on each deal.

    · Maintain prompt and professional communication with coworkers, clients, banks, insurance vendors, etc.

    · Push banks and insurance brokers to close deals on time as set by AirMart.

    · Stay ahead of tasks in Pipedrive and prevent deals from stagnating.

    · Attend Sun’N’Fun, NBAA, and Oshkosh aviation events.

    · Report to the AirMart Sales Executive when clients are approved or notify them if declined.

    · Ensure client confidentiality relating to all personal financial data and adhere to financial confidentiality requirements.

    · Build and expand aircraft financing relationships monthly.

    · Conduct monthly check-ins with lenders to update rates and terms and stay informed of any underwriting changes.

    · Advocate for the goals and principles of AGL.

    · Contribute to the growth of AGL in both loans and insurance referrals.
