Airnov is a global company in the Healthcare Packaging industry looking to hire an intern for the Summer 2021 for our Belen, NM site.

PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible and accountable for the complete IT functions ( LAN,ERP, Software , Hardware, Share folder , Local service applications , Server etc. ). Ensures co-ordination between complete Plant ,HO & External Service provider in order to meet business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Responsible to ensure all IT operations in line with Safety , cGMP and ISO 15378 standards
• Regular Update of IT assets movements in Airnov Assets and Share point Documents
• Preparation and following the SOPs for the all IT related activities
• Should be well versed all hardware system - to be attended as and when required.
• Re-image all PC’s with Airnov software rather than prior company's software.
• Inventory. We could finally rollout and maintain an inventory system.
• Handle DTD support tickets.

EDUCATION:

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
