    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Electrical Construction Manager located in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring safe and timely execution, managing project budgets, and maintaining compliance with construction safety standards. The Senior Electrical Construction Manager will lead project teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and manage project controls for successful project completion. Must have Energy & Utility Systems: BESS, Solar, Substation, High and Low voltage systems.

    Qualifications

    Strong Supervisory Skills, including managing teams and ensuring effective collaboration

    Competency in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects

    In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety practices and compliance regulations

    Experience in Construction management, substations, fiber optics, EV solar arrays.

    Proficiency in Project Control methodologies to monitor and report on project progress

    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

    Experience with electrical systems and large-scale construction projects

    Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus

    Proficiency with project management software and tools

    Must have: direct Substation Electrical engineering & design experience in Power and Utility industry
