    Airport Operations Analyst

    McGee Air Services is looking for a **** junior-level analyst who is passionate about aviation. As an Airport Operations Analyst , you will work on projects that enhance our company’s systems, tools, processes, and policies , ultimately improving our ground handling operations. This role is rooted in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment that requires the ability to deliver data analysis, research, reporting, and collaborate on solution delivery.

    This role reports to the Director of IT and Business Operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in ground handling services.
    • Support the evaluation and optimization of systems, tools, and policies used in daily operations.
    • Use a solid understanding of business intelligence principles to analyze data and demonstrate recommendations for solutions to complex business problems
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, training, safety, finance, and HR, to gather requirements and propose solutions.
    • Support project management efforts, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations.
    • Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Stay up to date on aviation industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Demonstrate and maintain open and honest communication, creating an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee’s values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation and training for existing business reporting
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
    • Passion for the aviation industry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team-oriented and flexible in approach to change and the type of work assigned.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
    • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    Salary Range:

    The full salary range for this position is expected to be $77,968.80 to $80,000 per year.
