QUALIFICATIONS/PRE-REQUISITES:
Education
High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prior guests service or sales experience
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional and effective approach to high stress situations
Must possess basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
Sell tickets for transportation to and from New Orleans Hotels
Compute ticket sales and make change
Process daily and regular reports as required
Greeting and logging passengers on and off vans
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time outside
Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions
