zTrip is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Airport Starter to support our airport transportation operations. In this highly visible role, you'll assist arriving passengers, coordinate vehicle loading and pickup activity, and help ensure travelers are connected with safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services.

As an Airport Starter, you'll often be the first point of contact for passengers arriving at the airport. Your friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to manage transportation flow will help create a seamless travel experience while supporting smooth airport operations.

• Monday-Sunday | 4:30 PM - Last Flight

What You'll Do as an Airport Starter:

Passenger Assistance & Customer Service

• Welcome arriving passengers with a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Assist travelers in locating designated pickup areas and transportation services.
• Answer questions regarding transportation options, pickup procedures, and general service information.
• Provide directions and guidance throughout designated airport transportation areas.
• Assist passengers who require additional support or accommodations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to ensure travelers feel welcomed and informed.

Airport Transportation Coordination

• Coordinate passenger loading and pickup activities in designated transportation zones.
• Connect passengers with available drivers and transportation services.
• Communicate with drivers to facilitate efficient and timely pickups.
• Help maintain organized vehicle staging and loading operations.
• Monitor passenger flow and transportation activity throughout assigned areas.
• Direct travelers to appropriate pickup locations while maintaining orderly operations.

Operations & Communication

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, dispatchers, and airport personnel.
• Support compliance with airport policies, transportation procedures, and company standards.
• Address passenger concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming airport environment.
• Represent the zTrip brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications for an Airport Starter:

• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, transportation, airport operations, or a related field.
• Experience working in a high-volume public-facing environment.
• Knowledge of transportation services or airport operations is a plus but not required.
