    Full-Time

    • Monday-Sunday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Monday-Sunday | 4:30 PM - Last Flight

    What You'll Do as an Airport Transportation Coordinator:

    Passenger Assistance & Customer Service

    • Welcome arriving passengers with a friendly and professional attitude.
    • Assist travelers with transportation pickup procedures and loading locations.
    • Provide information about zTrip services, transportation options, and fares.
    • Answer questions and help passengers navigate transportation pickup areas.
    • Support passengers requiring special accommodations or accessibility assistance.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive travel experience.

    Transportation Coordination

    • Coordinate passenger flow within designated transportation zones.
    • Connect passengers with available drivers and transportation services.
    • Communicate with drivers to facilitate timely passenger pickups.
    • Help maintain organized and efficient loading operations.
    • Monitor transportation activity and assist with resolving service issues as they arise.
    • Ensure passengers are directed to the appropriate pickup locations.

    Operations & Communication

    • Maintain effective communication with drivers, dispatch teams, and airport personnel.
    • Help ensure compliance with airport and transportation procedures.
    • Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and customer-focused environment.
    • Represent zTrip with professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to service excellence.

    Qualifications of a as an Airport Transportation Coordinator:
