    Job Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for building a world-class investor relations program emphasizing ongoing engagement and strong relationships with the investment community; credible and transparent dialogue with investors and disclosure; enhanced understanding and appreciation for the organizations business and investment merits. This role serves as a key resource and strategic contributor to the overall communications efforts.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Articulate Airpush's strategy, financial results, growth opportunities, and business initiatives.
    2. Preparing, in collaboration with the team, management talking points and presentations for use in investment community interactions.
    3. Ensuring key takeaways from these interactions and relevant investor feedback are shared with the CEO.
    4. Preparing materials for quarterly earnings, including managing and participating in the preparation process with internal teams to obtain and integrate data and content for the materials.
    5. Drafting investor communications, which could include: press releases, executive talking points, conference call scripts, quarterly earnings presentations, investor website content, fact sheets, and investor presentations.
    6. Proactively contribute to investor targeting and outreach efforts for investor outreach and meetings roadshows, investor presentations, briefing materials.
    7. Identifying and communicating ways for the IR program to continuously improve, whether from a strategic, tactical or operational perspective.
    8. Participate in offline meetings with the Executive team, Finance Team and investors.
    9. Monitor industry developments, market trends and valuation and activity of publicly traded and private comparable companies
    10. Actively participate and provide support in the forecasting/planning process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    1. INVEST BANKING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
    2. Experience with public fast-growing consumer-oriented technology company
    3. MBA
    4. A high degree of financial literacy
    5. Demonstrated experience as an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player
    6. Creative, critical and analytical thinker who enjoys proposing well-reasoned solutions to complex IR communications issues
    7. Track record of achievements consistent with the mandate for this role
    8. Effective networking skills and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
    9. Ideally a deep understanding of current digital ad technologies
