    Become part of the team representing the oldest RV brand out there at Airstream Los Angeles! Since 1931 Airstream has been cruising along like a stream of air with a riveted fan base. Airstream growth has gone through the roof. We are looking for talented professionals to demonstrate our product and help the prospective buyer find the Airstream of their dreams. With training and your drive to succeed, the sky is the limit.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum of one-year RV sales experience

    Availability to work over 40hours a week at times, including nights and weekends.

    Team player, open to being flexible to cover changing work schedules as needed, etc.

    Suitable candidates must have the ability to perform essential functions without constant supervision.

    Must be able to work weekends.

    Achieve the required monthly sales goal.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •    Product knowledge and the ability to guide our customers towards purchasing the RV that best meets their needs.

    •    Learn and apply all Airstream Los Angeles processes.

    •    Meet and greet each customer, walking into the store with positive enthusiasm.

    •    Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

    •    Utilize our CRM software to input new customers and work your lead database.   

    •    Keep up to date with inventory and RV industry trends.

    •    Create a no-pressure, high integrity approach with every customer.

    •    Work effectively and closely with our F&I team to finalize each deal.

     

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    •    Ability to effectively listen

    •    Attention to detail.

    •    Self-Motivated, energetic positive people person.

    •    Pride in your work.

    •    Willingness to learn.

    •    Must be able to work well with others.

    •    Computer savvy.

    •    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

    •    Good organizational skills

    •    Must have valid Driver's License and Salesperson’s licenses

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Working in and outside in all weather conditions

    •    Occasionally working in extreme hot and cold conditions inside and outside of the building.

    •    Must be able to show RVs to clients in light to moderate rain conditions.

    •    Ability to lift to 25 pounds

    •    Must be able to climb RV stairs and steps.
