    Job/Role Description:  Customer/1 CIS Domain Knowledgeable expertise to design, code, test and implement modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System to support multiple project implementations and maintenance of the Customer/1 application: Services provided will be as follows:  • Update/Create Technical & Detail Functional Designs and Architecture Specifications for new programs and/or changes to existing programs.  • Provide Customer/1 CIS Domain Knowledgeable resource to design and/or code modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System.  • Identify any impacts to related C/1 interfaces.  • Perform Unit, System and/or Integration testing on the developed code and document and fix defects.  • Perform knowledge transfer sessions when appropriate.  Qualifications:  (1) CSS Customer Support resource with more than 5 years of experience in at least 10 of the following:  CUSTOMER/1 application disciplines: BILLING: Bill Print; Bill Presentment; Billing WFMS; Budget Billing; Cancel/Rebill; Deregulation; EDI (810's,867's and 820's); Prebill; Estimations; Gas Transport Billing; Net Metering; Interval Billing; Lighting; Bill Determinants; Tariff Modeling; Summary Billing FINANCE: Accounts Receivable; AIMS Balancing; Bankruptcy; Cash Processing - Electronic Payments; Collection Process; Deposits; Electronic File Transfer; Energy Assistance; Energy Efficiency; GL/Revenue Reporting daily balancing; Monthly GL balancing; Late Payment Charges; Medical Equipment Registry; Outstanding Money; Payment Agreements; Refunds, Return Items; Suspend Accounts & Taxes CUSTOMER: Cut-in/Cut-out; Correspondence; Connects/Disconnects; Contacts; Credit Scoring;Interfaces gas & electric;Landlord Agreement; Maintain Bill Acct;Service Orders;Meter Investigation Orders; Maintain Customer; Revenue Protection; Security; Work Flow Manager (WFM)
