ROLE: PROCESS ENGINEER

LOCATION:  FORT MILL, SC/CHARLOTTE, NC DURATION:  12+ MONTHS JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT SUMMARY: ·     While Ft. Mill is the preferred location, Charlotte candidates will be considered. Remote is not an option. Zero travel time required. ·     The duration is for 12 months with the potential to be excluded or considered in a contract-to-perm scenario (as part of a fair posting process that is open to other candidates) ·     The candidate must possess at least a Six Sigma Black Belt and 7 years of Process Engineering experience. ·     Work focuses on Process Architecture within the BPM Process Definition team. ·     In addition to the listed requirements, we are looking for a candidate that possesses most of the following characteristics:         1. Ability to work closely with business to understand their processes and make a list of processes for their business         2. Ability to differentiate b/w Process, Capability, Function and Services i.e. prior business architecture background in domains in any of the following: Wealth and Investment Management, Community Banking, Risk, Legal, Audit, or HR.         3. Drive blueprinting/ design sessions with business and help them document their processes in a consistent fashion         4. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 5. TOGAF certified, BIZBOK, BA Architecture Guild certification etc. REQUIREMENTS: ·     10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics or engineering) ·     BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics ·     Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab Facilitation skills such as Helix Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism
