    UAT COORDINATOR LEADING BANK CHARLOTTE, NC CONTRACT: 2 YR    Within Bank's Wholesale Financial Crimes Risk Control, the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Tools Team develops, deploys and supports standardized customer due diligence applications and operational processes that efficiently enable global regulatory compliance and support deeper customer understanding and insight. The Business Systems Consultant will assist in user acceptance testing and coordination along with activities associated with the Customer Due Diligence program within Wholesale Financial Crimes Risk Control, in support of remediation of the OCC Consent Order and implementation of the Wholesale BSA/AML Standards. The team member will be part of a small team of managed resources and cross-functional teams with enterprise partners to plan, develop and execute complex user acceptance testing programs for the CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE (CDD) SUITE OF APPLICATIONS IN AN AGILE AND WATERFALL ENVIRONMENT. KEY JOB DETAILS: 

    • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A UAT ANALYST
    • WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST
    • WORKING EXPERIENCE IN UAT COORDINATION 
    • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
    • Working experience in an Agile and Waterfall methodology
    • Working experience in writing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
    • Ability to create project schedules, project plans, meeting minutes, reports, and Gantt charts.

     * Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Personal dedication and strong work ethic
    • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple test assignments, and prioritize one's own work
    • Experience with tools such as JIRA and HP ALM desired
    • Experience with business software tools for risk management, preferable with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering and/or Bank Secrecy Act desired.
