JOB DESCRIPTION -
Lead Production Support Engineer to manage multiple product deployment in production environment & resolving Production tickets
Working in a Production environment support which will include: Ticket Monitoring and resolution, Resolving IIS application problems, SQL Server, SQL Query writing, Application hosting, Application configuration, Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, Handles break/fix, Windows Operating System, Problem Solving, Flexible, Client facing, Debugging, Application Monitoring
The team uses Salesforce Ticket monitoring and resolution to handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, SQL Server
This team member will need the ability to write the SQL data queries
Excellent Verbal communication skills are important to success as this is a highly collaborative team.
They keys to success is proven experience Application hosting, Application configuration & monitoring, Application Deployment using CI/CD
