RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to lead Change Management program as part of the Communication and Marketing organization
• Responsible to conduct in depth analysis and research using out of the box methodologies.
• Responsible to establish the approach and annual plan around change management.
• Responsible to deliver end to end execution of program initiatives.
• Responsible to develop content, training material and workshops, facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Responsible to work across business groups and functions to identify and surface needs and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree a plus.
• At-least 8 years of experience as a copywriter, with multimedia content production experience.
• Strong background in change management / transformation program management.
• Experience from a top tier consulting firm specializing in organizational design / transformation/ culture.
• Experience from global complex organization in the industrial/ manufacturing / infrastructure sectors.
• Strong program management skills from planning to execution.
