    If you are internal-customer driven and have the desire to provide exceptional quality to a dynamic organization, then we would like to hear from you!

    Our Helper will be responsible for a range of duties; including assisting the Painter with ensuring that all paint materials are being used in compliance with customer specifications and quality control programs.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in the painting area
    • Assist in loading and unloading materials
    • Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
    • Help maintain inventory or required paint supplies and consumables
    • Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness

    Required Skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively and multi-task
    • Team player
    • Ability to understand paint application and equipment

    Required Experience

    • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or related experience is preferred.
    • 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment
    • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
