Job Description

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The SMB Marketing Finance team is responsible for maintaining revenue reporting, analyzing revenue trends and performance, and ensuring efficient and resource allocation for the Global SMB Ads Marketing team.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will work very closely with the finance team to help set quarterly revenue targets, conduct revenue analysis and ensure proper revenue reporting to track revenue performance.

TOP 3 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run quarterly/annual revenue target setting for SMB marketing
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any revenue reporting issue in the system, by understanding the backend data pipeline
• Ad hoc data pulls and revenue analysis at the request of Marketing and Finance team

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (Finance degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience (2-3 years in building data pipeline, dashboards and data infrastructure related work).
• Proficiency in SQL coding across standard commercial databases (creating, editing, and querying tables).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, able to run analysis and provide findings end-to-end independently.

DESIRED/NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using PowerPoint slides to present ideas and findings.
• Experience in business planning, revenue target setting.
• Experience working with Sales or Marketing function.
