FINANCE ANALYST III - HYBRID IN THE OFFICE
The Retail FP&A team partners closely with the business to understand our financial trajectory and advise on key investments and trade-offs. Our team is broad in scope and global in coverage, spanning all regions and emerging markets. We play the role of trusted adviser to the business and strive to reveal opportunities, manage risks, and optimize investments. This team focuses on our operating expenses and cost of sales, ensuring that we are investing efficiently across all areas of the business. ROLE DESCRIPTION
Own the monthly close, forecast and financial management processes for Retail OPEX Partner with other finance stakeholders to leverage insights from business drivers to develop recommendations for the business, build tools that create accountability against agreed objectives, and implement methodologies to measure success. Provide executive management with clear analytical insights into business drivers, opportunities and risks MANDATORY: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, strategy, or a related function Expertise in P&Ls and financial infrastructure and processes
DESIRED: Excellent project management, partnership, communication, and technical skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; desire to attack large, complex problems
