CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REP
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join one of the world’s largest technology companies.
WE ARE AN ON-DEMAND DRONE DELIVERY SERVICE THAT CAN DELIVER FOOD, COFFEE, MEDICINE AND OTHER ITEMS WITHIN MINUTES. OUR SERVICE IS FASTER, SAFER AND PRODUCES FAR LESS POLLUTION THAN TRADITIONAL DELIVERY.
We are looking for passionate and experienced customer service coordinators who are prepared to go above and beyond to delight our unique customers; enthusiastic self-starters excited to help grow and develop our evolving customer care program. You will be one of the first points of contact with customers, merchant partners and the general public. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
