Job Description

Receive all incoming product in SAP system.  Verify quantities shipped against quantities ordered.  Inspect condition of incoming goods.  Supervise and participate in shipping product to customers with support from shipping specialist. Cover for shipping specialist when he/she is absent.  Create paper compliance backup documentation for all receipts.  Assist in building processes for receiving and inventory storage.  Lead for 2-3 personnel who execute receiving, inventory management, picking, and shipping.  Some hazardous material experience preferred.  Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.  Forklift experience preferred.  Previous lead experience preferred.    Maintain inventory records for product on hand.  Assist in development of inventory storage location numbering system.  Basic Excel skills required and ability to use Microsoft Teams or other virtual meeting tools required.  Basic experience with Outlook required.  Must be detail-oriented, have ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and enjoy problem-solving.  New facility startup environment requires an open mind and creative attitude to problem-solving.
