We’re looking for a passionate Recruiter to support and grow our Restaurant Management Staffing.  As part of the team, you’ll source and identify “5 Star Talent” and recommend and implement new recruiting strategies.  From company-wide candidate searches to specific restaurant solution recommendations, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruiting needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Conduct candidate searches using all forms of media while partnering with company departments to ensure consistent practices.

Collaborate with hiring managers to assess needs, and recognize appropriate fit with current teams in each restaurant unit.

Conduct initial screening, interviews and schedule follow up interviews.

Conduct position needs assessment, determine and recommend best sourcing options available within established guidelines and business process.

Prepare candidates for the interview process while managing the entirety of the candidate experience to the point of decision to hire.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Proven track record of successful recruitment strategy, implementation and retention.

Proficient with MS Office, social media recruiting, job boards and ATS systems.

Knowledge of employment and labor laws as it relates to recruitment functions.

Restaurant Management experience a plus.
