    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Al Dahra ACX, Inc. is offering an employment position as Customer Service & Documentation Specialist.

    The primary focus of this position is to assist in all aspects of International Documentation and Customer Service. Also, this individual will coordinate operational and logistical efforts between sales/customer support and the operations team. This individual must be motivated, have a good attitude and be willing to learn and advance themselves and our company.

    Given the agribusiness nature of our industry, we are searching for an individual who is accustomed to the long and unpredictable hours and days associated with our business. Experience in agriculture is not required. A strong desire to pursue international trade would be highly beneficial. Some requirements of this position include:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle and process international documentation and customer shipment requirements.

    • Document and coordinate customer shipping schedules, stack reservations and requests.

    • Act as the liaison and coordinator between customer service/sales and production/operations staff.

    • Coordinate with production and operational staff to ensure efficient, accurate operations to obtain upmost customer satisfaction.

    • Actively participate in management meetings and efforts to improve processes and maximize business efforts.

    · Good computer skills and familiar with basic Microsoft Office Suite

    · Helpful if bilingual in any of the following but not a requirement: Chinese , Japanese, Spanish, Arabic

    ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: __ Able to be organized with strong time management skills. Most importantly, employee must be self-disciplined and highly motivated.

    STRONG WORK ETHIC: __ Given the nature of our industry, the hay export business is a seasonal process that may require longer hours and increased demands during harvest months, decreasing in non-harvest month.
