Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Alabama Copper and Bronze in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits. • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding our foundry products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services. • Manage and update customer accounts, sales pipelines, and other sales-related data in CRM systems. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential customers. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field Preferred • 3-5 years of outside sales experience. Industry experience preferred. • Willingness to learn about foundry, products, and processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. Physical Demands: • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
