    The mission of the Assistant Manager is to help the Store Manager and Managers oversee all store operations, motivate Team Members to pursue excellence, establish and teach best practices to prepare Team Members for their future and finally, to serve and inspire customers and Team Members alike to get outside. The Assistant Manager should support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure the best experience possible for customers.

    Expected duties include:

    Assisting in training Team Members: Training in certain roles and following up on Manager training to ensure consistency, accuracy, and knowledge

    Floor Management: Overseeing Team Members and Customer interactions; ensuring phones are answered promptly

    Administration work: Assisting Manager with submitting deposits; Making the schedule; Approving/denying Time Off Requests with Store Manager’s assistance as needed

    Merchandising: Working with the Operations Manager to get new product out on the sales floor; Ensuring that Mannequins are changed bi-weekly

    Coaching Team Members

    The Store Manager, Assistant Manager(s), and Operations Manager should work together daily to ensure the store runs as efficiently as possible.
