Responsibilities: Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats Respond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficiently Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc. Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems Qualifications: Has worked with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux systems Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred Expert-level Microsoft Office skills 2+ years experience in a professional IT setting Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
