We pay you while we train you. Pay increases after training.
This job is for you if you want to join a small close team that handles a lot of customers with their documentation needs. Days vary from only a dozen people visiting and calling, but some days can have over a hundred people visit and call. Some customers are starting new processes, some are continuing old ones.
We handle things, from simple to complex: notarizing a document, taking a photograph, fingerprinting someone, translating documents, filling out forms for Immigration, renewing or applying for certain benefits, etc.
This is a desk job, but standing on your feet and moving around the office is required to help customers, grab files, make copies, etc. A quick ability to learn, a desire to help people, a strong ability to understand customer situations, and consistently reliable attendance are valued very much.
We are seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish AND English) employee with duties including:
Typing, translating documents, taking photographs, handling phone calls, talking to customers in the office, cash register duties, etc.
Haitian Creole language is a plus, but not required.
MULTITASKING and GOOD COMMUNICATION are required.
General Immigration knowledge (green card / citizenship) is preferred.
