    Job Description

    The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a qualified Financial Management Analyst/Auditor to support our government customer in Orlando, Florida.

    The Financial Management Analyst and Audit support position will provide financial management and audit readiness support for the PM TRASYS group in Orlando, FL.

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Extensive knowledge of DOD acquisition finance, tracking and reporting on financial data points such as commitments and obligations, expense reports, unobligated funds, ULOs, etc.
    • In-depth understanding and experience using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) tool and audit KSDs to assist in preparing and submitting completed audit packages within established timeframes.
    • Responsible for timely certification of DAR-Q records and assisting using unit testers with proper validation and accesses.
    • Determine trends and process improvements through analysis of Key Supply and Financial Performance indicators.
    • Provide training to using units on accounting and logistics systems and interface utilization, as well as procedures necessary to ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision making and funds control to meet and achieve audit readiness.
    • Work as part of a team which is comprised of Active-Duty, Civil Service, and contractors in the Finance Dept to offer the client customized solutions.
    • Advanced Excel skills, using PivotTables and creating/maintaining/editing existing macros.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • DoD Acqusition Financial Management experience
    • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) tool use
    • Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables and macros

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Knowledge of DAI reports and tools

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Must have an active Secret clearance
