Sterile Supply Technician Alamo Biologics, LLC - San Antonio, TX 78249 Alamo Biologics, headquartered in NW San Antonio, Texas, is a distributor of high-quality tissue allografts to physicians, dentists, hospitals, surgical clinics and tissue banks. We are seeking a full-time Sterile Supply Technician for our company. Hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and we are located near I-10 and DeZavala. This position reports to the Tissue Bank Director. Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize all equipment. * Clean, sanitize and wrap all tools. * Clean and sanitize all work areas. * Stock supplies and equipment used in core production. * Operate an autoclave.

• Document all processing activities completely and accurately on processing paperwork. * The removal of trash and bio waste from core. * Works with potential biological hazardous material. * Able to lift 50 pounds daily. * Train new technicians. * Assists on special projects and performs additional duties as assigned. *High School degree required with minimum two years' experience in one of the following areas: * Tissue Banking, central sterile supply, or surgical technician Production experience in a sterile environment in the pharmaceutical or medical field. * Additional Skills Requested: * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to work in a team environment. * Knowledge of cGMP's. * Must be able to maintain a working knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work for up to four hours without a rest break.
