Experience:

⁃   Responsible for daily operations of high volume Tex-Mex kitchen

⁃   Training and development of team members, including interviewing and recruiting 

⁃   Maintain labor and food costs 

⁃   Ensure quality and consistent service and standards 

⁃   Product Ordering and Inventory 

⁃   Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
