JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the top ten largest vertically integrated food manufacturing plants with over 7,000 team members and manufacturing plants in four states is seeking Occupational Health Professionals in their Edinburg, Virginia and Harrisonburg, Virginia Plants. 

The Occupational Health Professional is responsible for providing direct care to Plant facility employees and rendering 1st aid treatment per OSHA standards while ensuring that employee’s safety and health remains a priority under the supervision of the Occupational Health Manager. Protocols within scope of practice and regulations of the State Nurse Practice Act in a compassionate manner. Hearing conservation program, pre-employment screenings and aid in maintaining all medical Surveillance as required by company.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum degree required: Basic EMT

Area of degree: Medical

Preferred degree: Licensed Practical Nurse

Area of degree: Nursing or Medical Training

Minimum years of experience: One                

Additional Information

Full time - $ 17.00 - $ 19.00 per hour
