Local handyman service is now hiring a part-time customer service representative to work in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Must have strong communication, customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills. Experience in the construction industry, dispatching/scheduling, and working with Quickbooks software is a plus. Duties include but are not limited to: Communicating with customers, handymen, and sub-contractors on the coordination of scheduling. Assisting in the collection of accounts receivables.
