    Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities: Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes • Managing team documents for presentations & listings • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and tracking calendar • Managing emails and making follow-up calls. • Preparing pre-listing materials and  • Quarterly business reviews  • Schedule management  • Budget & Monthly Reimbursement   • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback. • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. • Managing a client database and preparing reports. • Assisting with closing processes. • Performing other duties as assigned. • Assist with marketing activities that may include scheduling photography and videography.  • Blog Management, copywriting, and content creation Qualifications: Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties Experience using Microsoft Office Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • High school diploma/GED. College Degree preferred • Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial • Real Estate License preferred but not required • Familiarity with video editing is preferred • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Proficiency with Social Media platforms: IG, Facebook, LinkedIn • Proficiency with DocuSign, Zipforms, and Mailchimp • Familiarity with database management and CRM Software tools • Familiarity with Asana or other project management applications • Familiarity with MLS • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong numeracy and organizational skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • STRONG attention to detail Compensation: $56,500
