The Project Coordinator will manage electronic archiving requests and other activities associated with electronic archiving in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Facilitate the setup of electronic archiving from initial request through Post-Production testing, as directed
- For each delegated electronic archiving request:
- Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings
- Document and track issues and facilitate resolutions
- Submit tickets as outlined in procedure documents
- Collaborate with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), and production operations teams to resolve any issues associated with electronic archiving projects
- Provide overviews of the different archiving processes, and the requirements for each, to system owners, business owners, or other inquiries
- Field questions from system owners and direct them to the appropriate groups
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Have the ability to take lead, work both independently and under direction
- Excellent communication at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented and strong technical and analytical skills
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in technology
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
- Strong team player with interpersonal and client services skills
- Demonstrate proficient Microsoft skills particularly Excel, and Word
RELATIONSHIPS:
Maintains working partnerships with: Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI), Compliance, and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), as well as other Records Management team members.
