Registered Nurse (Case Manager) - Full Time - Orthopedics Outpatient
Summary: Manage electronic archiving requests and other activities associated with electronic archiving in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
• Facilitate the setup of electronic archiving from initial request through Post-Production testing, as directed
• For each delegated electronic archiving request: o Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members o Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings o Document and track issues and facilitate resolutions o Submit tickets as outlined in procedure documents
• Collaborate with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), and production operations teams to resolve any issues associated with electronic archiving projects
• Provide overviews of the different archiving processes, and the requirements for each, to system owners, business owners, or other inquiries
• Field questions from system owners and direct them to the appropriate groups
Required Skills

• Have the ability to take lead, work both independently and under direction
• Excellent communication at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented and strong technical and analytical skills
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in technology
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
• Strong team player with interpersonal and client services skills
• Demonstrate proficient Microsoft skills particularly Excel, and Word
