Responsibilities: • Build lasting relationships with consumers interested in buying or selling real estate • Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs • Show current homes on the market to find the right fit • Work as a liaison between buyers and sellers • Offer outstanding customer service and follow up with clients • Display a variety of properties in the area to prospective customers • Take part in open houses, networking events, and MLS activities to increase sales; present purchase offers to sellers • Develop new business opportunities by continuously networking and marketing • Support up to 20 to 60 buyer and seller clients a year through the home purchase/sales process • Help buyers and sellers tackle obstacles that may arise during the sales process • Stay in touch with former clients to cultivate relationships and encourage repeat and referral business Qualifications: • Have a positive attitude and the desire to work through problems to find solutions • Possess an active Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one quickly (this is required) • Skillfully troubleshoot and solve problems • Possess a friendly, positive, customer-focused attitude • Stay current with new tools, systems, and technologies • Be a reliable advocate for clients and their goals • Demonstrate superior communication skills • Possess a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and protect client interests • Utilize active listening and questioning techniques to build relationships and understand clients’ needs • Show determination and resilience in difficult situations • Exhibit proficiency in organization and time management • Possess strong computer/tech knowledge and skills • Flexibility with working schedule, including some evenings and weekends Compensation: $75,000 - $270,000
